Brainstorming for Big Dawgs Logo
Below are a few different variations of my logo design idea. These are merely sketches, that I hope to finalize! Could use some feedback ASAP!! I included which font was used and after a final is picked will give the history of that specific font and why I chose it. However all of the fonts used are Traditional or Old Style to that my design will imply that timeless wisdom, authenticity, and integrity of the style.

ReplyDeleteIf you're set on the bone + circle, I would go with the fourth one down, but consider going completely away from the bone + circle. It somehow has a lack of unity.
ReplyDeleteThe vector dog image needs some work, some smoothing to be.... like buttah.
Maybe make a quality vector graphic of a whole body profile shot of a dog that they breed. Maybe something like these free vectors:

OR, you could steer away from the dog image all together and fully embrace the paw print. It would be nice to have a big grunge vector of a paw print, with all caps sans serif font underneath... maybe make this option too since it'd be really simple to make. Something like this:

But maybe tilt it a bit.
